Description
The City of Denton is seeking sealed qualifications from qualified firms to perform a citywide pavement condition assessment, asset inventory, and data analysis of approximately 1,700 lane miles of roadway assets, over 100 acres of parking lots, and approximately 21 miles of bike lanes. The scope includes identification and location of associated Right-of-Way assets, sidewalk condition index for approximately 580 miles of sidewalks, and ADA non-compliance survey for approximately 11,200 ADA ramps. The selected firm will provide data quality management, automated pavement condition measurements, GPS data, exception reports, and a final written report with methodologies, condition findings, and pavement management plans. The contract term is one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
