The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking janitorial services for its FMH System Support Center (SSC) at Otis Air National Guard Base in Falmouth, Massachusetts. - Government Buyer: - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) - Regional Acquisitions Services (AAQ-500) - Falmouth System Support Center, Otis Air Force Base - Scope of Work: - Janitorial services for approximately 5,100 sq. ft. in Building 130 - Daily tasks: lavatory servicing, sweeping, dusting, trash disposal, vacuuming, cleaning fixtures - Weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tasks: floor buffing, window washing, waxing, light fixture cleaning, carpet shampooing, wall cleaning - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and supplies (including paper towels and soap) - Contract Structure: - Firm Fixed Price contract - Base year (shortened duration) plus four option years - Requirements: - Small business set-aside under NAICS 561720 (Janitorial Services) - Contractors must be registered in SAM - Compliance with FAA security and personnel suitability requirements - Adherence to base access and safety protocols - Submission of past experience and performance references - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; only janitorial services are requested. - No products are requested; all line items pertain to janitorial services.
Description
This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the FMH SSC on Otis ANGB in Falmouth, MA, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work in the attachment "J-1 Falmouth Janitorial SOW". This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is: 561720 – Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 1/1/27. Please note that there is a shortened base year.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."

This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
