The USDA Farm Service Agency in Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide electrical services at its Sleepy Eye office. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA), Minnesota Brown Office - Scope of Work: - Conversion of approximately 4 in-ground electrical and data outlets to ceiling poles or relocation to outer walls - Includes disassembly/reassembly of property, removal of packing materials, movement of file cabinets, and post-service cleanup/adjustments - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation - Products/Services Requested: - Electrical services (CLIN 0001), firm-fixed price - Estimated quantity: 1 service line item for the overall project - Outlet conversion: 4 units - Unique Requirements: - Compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations - Contractor must provide insurance coverage - Two staff required onsite for two days post-completion for adjustments and cleanup - Work hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned; contractor will select appropriate materials and equipment - Attachments include Performance Work Statement and electrical floor plans

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12FPC126Q0048 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for   Farm Service Agency, Minnesota  – Electrical Services

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors  The small business size standard is $19M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
