Description

Springville City is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to provide scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services for HVAC and mechanical equipment primarily located in four main City facilities. The contractor must also be able to subcontract or provide in-house water treatment services, HVAC systems control services, and mechanical engineering services at established prices, including rates for emergencies and unscheduled repairs. The contract term is three years with an option to renew for two additional years. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026.
