MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Construction Contract No. A37860 at the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall Station on the Lexington Avenue Line. The PMC will provide management, administration, inspection, and support services at various levels including Street Level/Mezzanine, Platform Levels with ventilator batteries, and communication areas. The contract term is 36 months and the funding is 100% capital with an estimated value between $1 million and $5 million. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on September 17, 2026.
