Description

SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking qualifications for full design services including programming, design, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration for the renovation of approximately 21,000 to 23,000 square feet on the fifth floor and 1,600 square feet on the second floor of the Cancer Center. The renovation aims to support the growth of the cancer program by expanding clinical services, increasing patient capacity, and introducing new technologies to enhance patient care and revenue opportunities. The project will be completed in phases due to existing departments occupying the space. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing article 28 infusion and pharmacy facilities within a hospital environment is required for the architectural firm and its team members. Qualifications must be submitted as two complete packages, one with original signatures and one on a flash drive, by 2:00 PM on October 5, 2026.
