The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets is seeking information from organizations experienced with or representing socially and economically disadvantaged farmers. The objective is to identify qualified entities interested in administering the Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Farmers Competitive Grant Program and to receive feedback on the program's scope and challenges. This is a Request for Information (RFI), not a solicitation for proposals; a Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued later.
