Description

This solicitation is for subcontractor services to provide diving services for large culvert inspections across NYSDOT Regions 3, 4, 5 & 6 in New York State. The subcontractor will supply all labor, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment necessary to perform inspections in accordance with NYSDOT standards and project specifications. The contract term is from October 2026 through May 2030, with most work occurring from March to December. Bidders must have a minimum of three years documented experience in structural inspection diving services and comply with insurance and permit requirements.
