Northland Associates, Inc. is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the renovation of the Algonquin Dining Hall at SUNY Plattsburgh into an Admissions Center. The project includes extensive removals, hazardous materials abatement, interior reconfiguration, and sitework such as a new plaza, sidewalks, and parking lot replacement. The contract term is 540 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
