Description
LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking qualified and certified NYS MBE/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors for the SUNY New Paltz Renovate Peregrine Dining Hall project. The project scope includes full interior renovation of Peregrine Dining Hall, architectural, structural and MEP upgrades, roof and window replacement, exterior building envelope improvements, hazardous materials abatement, new elevator construction, and enclosure of space beneath the existing overhang above the first floor. The project has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and specific goals for MBE, WBE, and SDVOB participation. Bids are due by September 28, 2023, at noon.
