The New York State Office of General Services, Design and Construction (OGS, D&C), on behalf of The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS), is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide consulting, planning, site planning, site development, concept design, environmental, construction management method advisement, and cost estimating services for a study to examine the need, feasibility, and operational implications of a new, estimated 3,000+ bed correctional facility, including new buildings and site infrastructure at a location to be determined within the State of New York.
