Contract was awarded to Charles Reed Knight jr doing business as Knights Armament Company for the 7.62MM Semi-Automatic Sniper System (SASS) – M110, Variants, Accessories, Spare Parts, Special Tools, and Training requirement.  The contract was awarded Sole Source pursuant to the authority Of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements.
