Description

The Texas Military Department (TMD) requires two temporary modular workspace facilities at Camp Mabry to accommodate 165 personnel—110 at the North Site and 55 at the South Site. Both facilities must be fully installed, accepted by TMD, and ready for occupancy no later than March 30, 2027. The facilities will be leased for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months, with two additional one-year renewal options and an option for TMD to purchase either or both facilities. Vendors must attend one of three mandatory site visits and submit a mandatory Space-Fit/Configuration Layout by October 13, 2026. Competitive sealed bids will be received until October 28, 2026.
