Description

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and support services related to the Aribot chatbot and associated GRACE custom webapp hosted by the College Advising Corp, collectively referred to as the AdviseTX tools. These services may be proprietary to one vendor under Texas Government Code Section 2155.067, but all qualified respondents are encouraged to submit proposals. The scope includes maintenance, support, and potentially other related services for the AdviseTX tools to support college advising and case management.
