Westfield-Washington Schools is seeking proposals for high-capacity Internet Access and Data Transmission Services. - Government Buyer: - Westfield-Washington Schools (Indiana public school district) - Technology Director is the primary office - Products and Services Requested: - Symmetrical Internet bandwidth starting at 8 Gbps, scalable up to 10 Gbps - Guaranteed throughput to Westfield Middle School head-end - Laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments - Installation and initial configuration for 17 entities - Minimum of 30 public IPv4 addresses - Optional pricing for additional IPv4 and IPv6 addresses - Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation solution - Must be itemized separately (not E-Rate eligible) - Service Level Agreement (SLA) - 99.99% network availability - Commitments for frame/packet loss, latency, jitter - 24x7x365 support, two-hour diagnosis, four-hour repair - Monthly and annual service reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide any necessary onsite equipment for service handoff - Proposals must include detailed pricing, references, and compliance with Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP), GSA pricing, and governmental discounts - No equipment from companies deemed a national security risk is permitted - Procurement is contingent on E-Rate funding - No informational meetings or site visits will be held - Contract Details: - Three-year contract with up to two optional one-year extensions - Preference for fixed monthly recurring charges with no separate up-front installation or construction costs

Westfield-Washington Schools (School District) is seeking Internet Access and Data Transmission Services with symmetrical bandwidth at 8+/- Gbps scalable to 10+/- Gbps, guaranteed throughput to the Applicant's head-end at Westfield Middle School, starting July 1, 2027. The project requires 30+/- public IPv4 addresses and a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation solution, which is a non-E-Rate eligible service. The contract is for 3 years with up to two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must include detailed pricing, service level agreements, references, and comply with Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) and governmental discounts.
