The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia is seeking vendors to provide remote English-to-ASL interpretation services for live broadcasting of House sittings. - Government Buyer: - Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (LABC) - Services Requested: - Remote English-to-ASL interpretation for live broadcast of Routine Business during House sittings - Includes Member statements, Question Period, petitions, committee reports, and other regular House business - Teams must include both Hearing Interpreters and Deaf Interpreters (DIs) - Procurement Details: - Services to be provided on an as, if and when requested basis - No guaranteed number or value of contracts - Period of Performance: - Initial term projected for one year - Option to renew for up to four additional 12-month terms - Unique Requirements: - Interpretation must support live broadcasting - Coordination of interpreter teams is required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - No products are requested; only interpretation services are sought

This Request for Standing Offer (RSO) is issued by the Legislative Assembly of BC to establish one or more Standing Offers with vendors for the supply of remote English-to-ASL interpretation services. These services support live broadcasting of Routine Business of House sittings, including Member statements, Question Period, petitions, committee reports, and other regular House business. The services are provided on an as, if and when requested basis with no guaranteed number or value of contracts. The effective period is projected from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for four additional 12-month terms.
