Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) is conducting a pre-qualification process to identify Construction General Contractors with experience in emergency response, maintenance, repair, bid/build tendered projects, or construction management. This is the first stage of a two-stage process to gather supplier capabilities and qualifications for future procurement opportunities. Up to six additional qualified proponents will be awarded Vendor of Record (VOR) status, with a maximum list size of twenty-five suppliers. Only pre-qualified suppliers will receive further procurement notices, and future tender rankings will be based on evaluated scores. The estimated contract duration is 47 months.
