The Department of the Air Force, 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base Guam, is seeking a lightweight handheld Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (CUAS) for the 736th Security Forces Squadron. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Pacific Air Forces - 36th Contracting Squadron (PACAF), Andersen Air Force Base Guam - Products Requested: - Lightweight Handheld CUAS System (1 lot) - Device must be portable, lightweight, and operable by minimally trained personnel - Must detect and identify commercial drone communication protocols across 400 MHz to 6 GHz spectrum, up to 7 km range - Real-time tracking of drones and operators - Non-kinetic disruption of drone command, control, and GNSS signals (no physical damage) - AI/ML-based identification, ATAK compatibility, omni-directional alerts, and optional PNT attack capability - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to commercial manufacturers meeting the salient characteristics - Unique Requirements: - Device must be suitable for fast-paced environments and operable by minimally trained personnel - Delivery required within 120 days after receipt of order - 100% Small Business Set-Aside - Firm price required for 60 days after offer receipt

Description

I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. II. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective date 13 March 2026, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. Supplemental change effective 10 November 2025, Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 16 September 2024.
