Description
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is soliciting quotations for the acquisition of two laboratory chromatography systems under one award:
Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo System or Equal for the FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), including all components and accessories necessary to provide a complete and functional system, a twelve (12) month warranty, and two (2) days of on-site LC support. The system must be compatible with the Government-owned Thermo Fisher Scientific Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer and associated ion-source/interface configuration. Thermo Scientific Dionex ICS-6000 HPIC System or Equal for the FDA National Forensic Chemistry Center (NFCC), including all required components, supplies, accessories, installation/start-up, and on-site analyst familiarization/training.
The Vanquish Neo System will be delivered to Laurel, Maryland, and the Ion Chromatography System will be delivered to Cincinnati, Ohio. Each system is subject to the delivery, warranty, technical, and performance requirements identified in the applicable solicitation attachment.
This acquisition is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Offerors must provide sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate compliance with all applicable minimum requirements and salient characteristics for both systems. Offerors shall provide itemized pricing for all CLINs and identify the manufacturer, make/model, part number(s), country of origin, and place of manufacture for each proposed end product.
