Description
The Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces are seeking innovative software-based solutions to convert, analyze, and fuse real-time, domain-specific, content-rich data transmitted over radio frequency into a secure, standardized pan-domain Command and Control format. The goal is to enhance interoperability and enable timely, data-driven decision-making across all domains and levels of command. The solution must be software-based, support all domains and services, implement structured, standards-compliant messaging, be configurable and modular, and provide documented interfaces for system integration. Desired capabilities include operability in denied, degraded, intermittent, and low bandwidth environments, user-friendly interfaces, standardized integration APIs, and readiness for future AI/ML integration.
