Description
Burnet County is seeking sealed proposals for the design, supply, installation, and support of a countywide unified phone system with integrated desktop and mobile application capability. The project aims to replace the current disparate and aging telephony infrastructure with a modern, cloud-based or hybrid Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) unified communications platform. The new system should improve reliability, citizen service, interoperability with Microsoft 365, and administrative efficiency across all county departments, precincts, and facilities. Vendors may propose for any or all portions of the scope of work, with a preference for a single accountable prime vendor delivering a turnkey solution.
