This modification is required to prevent an immediate and critical gap in service for the Command and Control the Information Environment (C2IE) program.  The extension will provide essential continuity of operations while the Government finalizes the transition and award of the follow-on 8(a) sole-source contract (FA8307-26-R-B045) to an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) entity, which has already been formally offered to and accepted by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
