On behalf of the Army Enterprise Staff Management System (AESMS), the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) completed a three-phase down-select under Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) procedures (DFARS 212.70), awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Joint Enterprise Task Management System (JETMS) to Accenture Federal Services valued at $480.4M.

JETMS replaces the legacy Office of the Secretary of War’s Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and Army Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) with a mature, scalable, secure, AI-enhanced platform across unclassified and classified enclaves (IL2, IL5, IL6, and JWICS). The solution reduces administrative burden, eliminates operational friction, and accelerates enterprise decision-making, supporting up to 200,000 active users across 68 defense and interagency organizations. The contract includes one 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a 6-month extension option ending August 15, 2032, if all options are exercised.
