Description

Identify commercial capability, capacity and equipment availability across the Hawaiian Islands to provide scalable, turn-key portable power generation, fuel management and maintenance support. The system will support a contingency troop staging platform initiating at 2,000 Personnel (PAX) and capable of rapid surge up to 6,500 PAX across US Army installations in Hawaii prior to forward deployment into the Pacific theater.
