Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of the existing West Perimeter Vehicle Bridge at the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Patton facility. The contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and labor to complete the project. The scope includes demolition and removal of the existing bridge and associated site elements, installation of a new vehicle bridge, construction of ADA-compliant warning curbs, removal and relocation/protection of existing water lines, and reconstruction of pavement and approach transitions on both sides of the bridge to achieve proposed grades. Additional work includes earthwork, grading, concrete paving, bridge span construction, utility coordination, erosion control, temporary traffic and access control, and site restoration.
