This opportunity is for maintenance, repair, and system upgrades for the Pine Bluff Arsenal's integrated security and fire detection systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Directorate of Emergency Services - U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) - OEMs and Vendors: - DAQ Electronics (DAQ Starwatch/ICIDS-V systems) - Products and Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair of Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Electronic Entry Control System (EECS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Fire Detection System (FDS) - 24/7 support, including business and after-hours service - Preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and parts supply - Installation of new DAQ IDS system components: one RADC-5 panel, one wireless receiver, three wireless duress buttons - Database and system administration - Full-time, DAQ Starwatch/ICIDS-V certified technician - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be an authorized DAQ certifier - Must provide a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer - All maintenance and repairs must comply with OEM standards - Continuous availability of certified personnel and ready spare parts - Integration of all systems (IDS, EECS, CCTV, FDS) for unified monitoring and control - Firm-fixed price contract with base year and four one-year options

Description

This contract provides maintenance and repair of the Pine Bluff Arsenal’s Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Electronic Entry Control System (EECS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Fire Detection Systems (FDS). Components of the IDS system are manufactured by different companies and integrated into a single system. 24/7 maintenance of the IDS system requires a source that has the depth, the right technical skills, experience, certifications and logistics supply chain to efficiently service and provide the appropriate replacement parts. A company has to be an authorized DAQ certifier and provide a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer on staff to support onsite personnel. *See all attachments for complete details.
