Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation to provide project management, integration engineering, and migration services to transition the facilities below from Powerscribe 360 to Powerscribe One.
