Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires the services of EZ Pass Massachusetts Turnpike. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Oder to the Massachusetts Dept of Transportation, 10 Park PLZ, Boston, MA 02116-3993 for the purposes of providing EZ Pass Massachusetts Turnpike services. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 13.501, are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 926120. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by September 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST will be considered by the Government. Any source capable of providing the EZ Pass Massachusetts Turnpike services, and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to Ms. Angel Barkley at angel.d.barkley@dea.gov.
