Description

The contractor shall provide remote support services for the GE ViewPoint system via email, remote login, and telephone support from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST Monday-Friday. The contractor must stay current with all Windows® updates. The contractor must keep GE ViewPoint updated to the most updated version at no additional cost. The contractor must stay aligned to updated GE ultrasound system software at no additional cost. The vendor must be able to provide the latest performance and ability enhancements to the system at no additional cost.
