Description
Menard Correctional Center is seeking a vendor to supply a total of 360,000 yards of white sheeting material over three years to be used in the production of sheet and pillowcase orders throughout the Illinois Department of Corrections. The sheeting is specified as 66-inch-wide rolls with 2 to 2-1/2 inch core, 3.5 oz. per square yard, 50/50 Poly/Cotton, with rolls 250 yards in length, individually wrapped with labels on ends, and color matched to White Pantone #11-4800 TPX or agency approved equivalent. Delivery is expected by June 30th of each fiscal year, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday during specified hours. A one-yard sample of the fabric must be provided and approved prior to bid award.
