Description

This solicitation is for the establishment of an Agency Term Contract to maintain Fish Attracting Device (FAD) buoys for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF). The contract covers monitoring and maintenance of two moored surface buoys located in the Gulf of America at the Mississippi Canyon 148 and 311 reefs. The scope includes daily remote monitoring, quarterly and annual field maintenance, mooring inspections, and offsite buoy retrieval if necessary. The contract term is 12 months with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods, not exceeding 36 months in total.
