This opportunity is for hazardous tree removal and disposal services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, managed by the Department of the Air Force, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron, Operations Section - U.S. Air Force, 90 CONS PK, F.E. Warren AFB - Scope of Work: - Removal and disposal of 20 hazardous trees (6 large, 12 medium, 2 small) - Safe felling, dismantling, and off-base disposal of all logs, limbs, brush, wood chips, and organic debris - Conditional site restoration if improved grounds or irrigation systems are damaged (includes seeding, erosion control, and irrigation repair) - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and an ISA Certified Arborist for supervision - Products/Services Requested: - Small Tree Removal with Disposal (2 trees, height 1'-15', diameter <12", part number 0001) - Medium Tree Removal with Disposal (12 trees, height 15'-75', diameter 12"-35", part number 0002) - Large Tree Removal with Disposal (6 trees, height 75'-125', diameter 36"-48", part number 0003) - Debris removal and disposal in compliance with State and Federal Department of Agriculture guidelines - Conditional site restoration materials (topsoil, certified weed-free grass seed, erosion control blankets) - Unique Requirements: - ISA Certified Arborist required for supervision - Compliance with environmental, safety, and security requirements - No stump grinding required - Prohibition on sourcing products from China; must comply with Trade Agreement Act - 100% small business set-aside - Attachments include Performance Work Statement (PWS), environmental specifications, contractor safety guide, and Service Contract Act document.

Description

This is a solicitation for a one time commercial service. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform Tree Removal Services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Attachments 1-4 and Solicitation document included in the posting.

Site Visit is scheduled Monday, 14 Sep 2026 at 10:00 am MT.  Meet at Gate 1 Visitor Control Center, FE Warren AFB, WY. Anyone who cannot pass a background check will not be authorized to enter the base and participate in the site visit. Personnel with vehichles must bring their Driver's License, vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
