Sources Sought for OR FS FREWN602 28(1), Road 28 Reconstruction
This solicitation is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only for the proposed contract work listed in the requirements section below. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Plans and specifications are not available at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. This intent of this sources sought is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, and other Small Businesses interested and capable of performing the proposed contract work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following:

Requirement
The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. This work consists of Full Depth reclamation of the existing roadway, aggregate surfacing and drainage.
This project is located approximately 6 miles South of Silver Lake, OR.
NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million.
The project is anticipated to go on advertisement in Winter 2027 with construction in Spring 2027.

The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
