The National Park Service (NPS), under the Department of the Interior, is seeking a small business contractor to remove and replace turbidity meters at the Lake Creek Water Treatment Plant, Oregon Caves National Monument & Preserve. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, National Park Service - Oregon Caves National Monument & Preserve - Point Reyes National Seashore (contracting office) - OEMs and Vendors: - Hach Company (OEM for all major equipment) - Products/Equipment (Government-Furnished): - 2 Hach TU5300sc turbidity meters (1 with basic cleaning head, 1 with self-cleaning head) - 1 Hach SC4500 controller - Approximately 20 linear feet of sample tubing, isolation valves, flow control valves, and fittings - Services Requested: - Removal of existing turbidity meters, valves, tubing, and fittings - Installation of Government-furnished Hach meters, controller, and associated components - Electrical integration and configuration of bypass/sample loop - Coordination with a Hach-certified technician for inspection, calibration, and verification - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All new equipment is Government-furnished; contractor provides installation and integration - Installation must ensure watertight connections and full system functionality - Contractor must coordinate with a Hach-certified technician for final inspection and calibration - Work must comply with EPA Safe Drinking Water Act standards - Project site access is limited to trail access and manual transport of materials - Firm-fixed-price contract with a 30-day performance period
