This opportunity involves the U.S. Air Force's 22nd Air Base Wing at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, seeking contractors for modular office construction: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 22nd Air Base Wing, McConnell Air Force Base - Scope of Work: - Design, deliver, construct, and install two single-story, four-wall modular office structures (12x20 ft each) in Hangars 1126 and 1107 - Each structure includes: - 4-inch insulated wall panels - Commercial walk-in door and two windows - Anchoring to existing concrete slab - One 8,000 BTU minimum through-wall HVAC unit per building - Internal electrical wiring with six 115 VAC quad receptacles, LED ceiling lighting, and exterior load center/disconnect - Internal overhead wet fire sprinkler system (NFPA 13 compliant) - Twelve 4-port CAT6 RJ-45 wall jacks with plenum-rated CAT6 cabling - Requirements: - Contractor provides all labor, materials, equipment, and management - Adherence to strict FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and safety protocols - One-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturer components - Coordination with government officials for installation and compliance - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; open to qualified modular building manufacturers - Period of performance is 120 calendar days from award, with weekly status reports and advance notice for mobilization - Funding is contingent on appropriations; no legal liability until funds are available

Description

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass. In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in. Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement. Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 10 pages.

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to design, deliver, build, and install two (2) four-wall, single-story modular office structures at McConnell AFB, KS: Unit 1: Hangar 1126 (South Bay) Unit 2: Hangar 1107 Both units shall be installed directly upon the existing level concrete hangar floor slab.
