The Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board propose to adopt regulation changes in 8 AAC 45.083 regarding fees for medical treatment and services. The key change is the adoption by reference of the January 1, 2027 edition of the Official Alaska Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Schedule.
