Description
The City of Los Angeles Community Investment Department is seeking to pre-qualify consultants and contractors to assist with the Jobs and Economic Development Incentive Zones (JEDI Zones) Façade Improvement Program. The scope includes architectural/design, construction management, and construction services in designated JEDI Zones. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process to develop pre-qualified lists for potential work orders over a three-year term. Work is on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum compensation.
