This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish term contracts for psychological evaluation and testing services for Fairfax County Police Department, Fire and Rescue, and Sheriff's Office. The services include psychological assessment and evaluation of applicants for various public safety positions and incumbent employees seeking assignment, promotion, transfer, certification, or retention in specialized positions or units.
