Description

The Town of Waterford is seeking bids for an air conditioning replacement within the IT data room at the Waterford Community Center. The project involves removal and replacement of the existing ductless split air-conditioning system, including installation of a new indoor cassette fan coil unit and outdoor condensing unit, refrigerant piping, condensate pump and drainage, equipment supports, electrical disconnects, power/communication wiring, controls, and roof penetrations and flashing. The contractor shall complete all electrical and mechanical connections, roof repairs using a licensed Sarnafil roofing contractor, system testing, and full operation.
