Description

The Louisville Free Public Library (LFPL) intends to contract with a single and/or multiple vendors to provide music CDs, Blu-Ray's, and DVDs for adults, teens, and children. Orders will be placed for Non-Book Materials in three formats: Blu-Rays, DVDs, and music CDs to meet the recreational and educational needs of a large and diverse metropolitan area. The solicitation is an RFP with a closing date of September 18, 2026. Vendors are required to submit various forms including GFE Forms, Preference Form, Current W-9, and Vendor Information Form.
