Liquid Nitrogen Supply, Tank Rental, Telemetry, and Maintenance Services for NIST Laboratories

NIST is seeking suppliers for a comprehensive liquid nitrogen supply and tank service program across multiple laboratory sites. - Government Buyer: - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division - Products and Services Requested: - Liquid nitrogen supply: approximately 1.5 million gallons annually for laboratory use - Tank filling services for storage tanks (capacities from 1,500 to 11,000 gallons) - Rental of storage tanks and vaporizers (including tanks of 1,500, 3,000, 6,000, and 11,000 gallons) - Telemetry equipment rental and monthly telemetry monitoring services for tanks - Annual preventative maintenance and inspection services for both NIST-owned and rented tanks - Locations: - Gaithersburg, MD; Boulder, CO; Charleston, SC; and other NIST facilities - Quantities: - Over 1.5 million gallons of liquid nitrogen per year - Multiple tanks and vaporizers rented or maintained, with monthly telemetry and rental services - Unique Requirements: - Combination of supply, rental, maintenance, and telemetry services for both NIST-owned and rented tanks - Services must support laboratory operations at multiple geographically dispersed sites - No specific OEMs or part numbers are referenced; suppliers must demonstrate capability to provide all requested products and services.
