The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), Bureau of Laboratory Services (BLS), is seeking a single vendor to provide ISO 17025 accredited calibration services and minor repairs for laboratory and monitoring equipment. - Government Buyer: - Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), Bureau of Laboratory Services (BLS), via Department of Administration - OEMs and Vendors: - MadgeTech (referenced for thermometer calibration and software compliance) - Products/Services Requested: - Calibration services for approximately 140 pipettes (various types and volumes) - Annual calibration of 70 thermometers (digital, LIG, IR gun, MadgeTech, and digital display) - Calibration of 10 centrifuges (including temperature calibration for one unit) - Calibration of 20 balances (analytical and top loading) - Calibration of 1 pressure gauge - Biennial cleaning of 4 microscopes - Calibration of digital hygrometer, bottle top dispensers, and burets - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All services must be ISO 17025 accredited and performed on-site at BLS - Compliance with FDA, USDA, EPA regulations and OEM standards - Use of MadgeTech software for relevant equipment - No subcontractors permitted; all work must be performed by the awarded vendor - Calibration certificates must include As-Found and As-Left data - Repairs must be quoted and pre-approved by BLS - Blanket purchase orders and ad hoc service requests are included - Prohibited foreign products must be excluded - Contract term is two years with up to three one-year renewals, plus possible transition extension - NIGP Codes: 99200 (Testing and Calibration Services), 99255 (Miscellaneous Testing and Calibration Services)
