Academic Strategy & Affairs (ASA), in partnership with UW Information Technology (UWIT), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from Student Information System (SIS) software vendors regarding their product capabilities, architecture, licensing models, and implementation ecosystems. The University aims to better understand the range of SIS solutions available in the market and how they align with UW's institutional needs. This RFI supports the University's multi-year Student Systems Transformation Program to modernize its student technology ecosystem, focusing on institutional discovery, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis. The University is particularly interested in core capabilities, product architecture, integration, multi-campus support, AI and automation features, data migration, mobile experience, product roadmap, implementation partners, and licensing models.
