County of Mercer is seeking an experienced community development financial institution (CDFI) to provide business lending programs and services to Mercer County businesses. The Mercer County Office of Economic Development will provide up to $70,000 for the selected organization to offer Mercer County-based businesses with grants or low interest loans to start or expand their company. Bids shall be electronically uploaded via the BidNet Direct platform, and no physical bids will be accepted. Assistance with electronic bid submission is available through BidNet support.
