Description
The Midland Independent School District (MISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to provide an On-Site/Near-Site Health Clinic and related services for MISD employees and covered members. The clinic aims to enhance the District's employee benefits program by attracting and retaining employees, supporting wellness initiatives, reducing absenteeism, and increasing access to primary care and preventive health services. The selected provider will be responsible for all professional, clinical, administrative, operational, and compliance services necessary to operate the clinic, including primary care, prevention and chronic condition management, mental health services, occupational health, and wellness screenings. The contract term is three years with an option to renew for an additional two years.
