The Centre de Collaboration MiQro Innovation (C2MI) is seeking to acquire a semiconductor wafer probing station for 200mm wafers. The equipment will be used primarily for monitoring and characterizing quantum device fabrication processes. The system must support fully automated operation including wafer handling from cassette to cassette, wafer mapping, and precise positioning of contact probes. It will be installed in a new ISO 5 cleanroom area designed for quantum fabrication and must be suitable for use in sensitive semiconductor and quantum device manufacturing environments.
