Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids to establish a contract for portable toilet rental, cleaning of units, and associated maintenance services for Palo Duro Canyon State Park located at 11450 Park Rd 5, Canyon, TX 79015. The contract includes providing standard and ADA-compliant portable toilets serviced twice weekly from October through September. The initial contract term is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028. Bidders must quote specified line items and are encouraged to quote all line items, with quantities listed as estimates for evaluation purposes only.
