The County of Franklin is seeking competitive proposals from qualified fire apparatus manufacturers and authorized dealers for the purchase and delivery of one fire engine/pumper apparatus. The apparatus must meet or exceed the minimum specifications and requirements provided, be a 2024 model year or newer, and may be new or a demonstrator with fewer than 5,000 miles at delivery. The issuing agency reserves the right to reject proposals that do not meet mandatory minimum specifications. The solicitation is open with a response due date of September 22, 2026.
