Description
The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) is seeking proposals from qualified responders to develop coherent guidance and aligned COMPASS professional learning to support effective preschool through grade three mathematics instruction in Minnesota. The project aims to improve student outcomes in mathematics as defined by the Minnesota 2022 Academic Standards in Mathematics and to reduce racial and economic gaps in mathematics for Minnesota students. Proposals must be submitted through the SWIFT eSupplier Portal, and MDE will not accept proposals outside of this system. The solicitation includes a price schedule for the entire project and requires completion of an itemized cost proposal worksheet.
