This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified, Minnesota-licensed mental health care practitioners to provide counseling and related services to Department of Public Safety (DPS) employees working in law enforcement environments. The services include critical-incident workability assessments, individual and group training sessions, peer counseling sessions, advisory support following critical incidents, and coordination of post-event health sessions.
